"DREAM WEDDING"

CONTEST RULES

• Winning shall be limited to only one prize per family, per household, per contestant on KRVC. Contestants may not misrepresent themselves in an attempt to win or claim prizes.

• Past or Present employees of KROG / KCNA / KRVC / KEZX and or KRTA radio, Opus Broadcasting Systems, Inc., and families, and employees of other radio stations, as well as employees of the "Rogue Valley Dream Wedding" advertisers are ineligible to win.

• Contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or age or older. Legal identification may be required.

• All federal, state and local laws apply. Contest is void where prohibited. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner or winners.

• By claiming a prize, winner (s) consent to the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and or likeness for promotional and / or advertising purposes in connection with the contest. Winners may be required to furnish an affidavit of eligibility and release.

• KRVC HOT 989 FM is not responsible for telephone malfunctions of any kind prior to or during a contest. Should a contestant be cut off due to a malfunction, the next line will be allowed to play.

• Contest information and winner's names are available for inspection at the KRVC offices during normal business hours or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope along with your request to our offices at 511 Rossanley Drive, Medford, Oregon 97501.

• Hot 989 KRVC will announce our winner of the "Rogue Valley Dream Wedding" on Monday, March 8th.

• Contest winner will have two weeks in which to claim the "Rogue Valley Dream Wedding" prize package at KRVC'S offices during regular business hours... 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

• All claims are subject to verification by KRVC HOT 989 and all decisions are final.
